Licensed Property Manager

Location: Calgary

Our client is seeking for an individual to take on the role of an Property Manager in Calgary, AB with their company.

This is for a commercial/residential based property management company. The role will encompass responsibilities such as distribution of service call requests, notifying tenants of events and common issues to the properties.

Key responsibilities & qualifications:

· Negotiate Letters of Intent and assist in negotiation of formal lease documentation

· Develop and maintain relationships with tenants

· 2 years of leasing experience an asset

· College degree or related industry qualifications

· Solid understanding of the marketplace and a good network of tenant and brokerage contacts

· Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel and Outlook

· Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills

· Self –starter and ability to work independently

* MUST have a Real Estate License

To be eligible for this position you must be available immediately, have previous experience related to properties & facilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a Real Estate License.
